Reagan Wellins 20 Jul We just had 31 Marvin windows replaced by Houston Window Experts and I cannot recommend them more highly! We are very particular and wanted the job done right - the first time. We met with 3 companies prior to taking on this project. Josh won our business by a landslide with his commitment to quality and promise to see the job through to the very end.

Josh explained that they use their own crews, oversee it all and stand by their work. He did not disappoint. From the design process to ordering and then installation and painting - the job was done with professionalism and quality.

The entire process - start to full completion was 5 days. They installed all 31 windows in a day and a half and then spent 3 FULL days fine tuning and painting. The construction crew - led by Brandon was amazing, the painters - led by Salvador were meticulous. Calvin came out to do the quote for, what I thought, was going to be a very costly job. Calvin was very professional. He answered all my questions and told me the pros and cons of changing windows. To my surprise he told me my windows really didn't need to be changed and the couple windows with issues, he gave me someone to contact to take care of for me. When it is time for me to do my windows there's not any other place I will be calling.

They were very good with our handicapped daughter. They were so careful to keep things clean. The windows turned out great. About 12 out of 24 windows were triple pane to reduce traffic noise, this worked great. The traffic noise reduction has been wonderful.

Nlv 30 May I giving this company 5 stars because the quality of the windows is fantastic, built in texas, aaand this is a must, the warranty is fantastic.

First about the quality, I'm sorry but when you see and feel these you just know they are better quality. The smooth easy glide and and unique styles, they just are of better quality. Second the warranty, when I say fantastic I mean fantastic. We were mowing the lawn and bang a rock hit the window and broke only the outer pane broke and no questions asked they are replacing it, and were going to send out a tech to board it up.

So in summary, a bit expensive but worth it in this case. Geoff R. The most amazing thing happened today. We thought we needed to have four large trapezoidal windows replaced, frames and all, but Josh told me that we really only needed to replace the glass. The first two companies we had out for quotes recommended all new windows and frames, not a word about just doing the glass.

I'm a little bummed though. I can tell you this: if we ever do need full window replacements, Houston Window Experts will be the only company we'll call.
