Windows backup email report

After some investigation I discovered that the D drive report had been appended to the C drive report. Previously all backups have produced their own reports. The only difference that I can offer is that the previous backups were done on different days. These backups were done on the same day and the same instance of the program that is, I did not close it in between. Is this normal? Was this reply helpful? Thanks Jenith, as I set out in my question, I have gone to the Appdata folder and what I found was it did not contain all my messages and it was not up to date. Poor design and lame response.
